You lead from the pass, jump into sections when it gets busy, and help the team grow shift by shift. You care about craft, people, and keeping standards high without killing the fun. What You’ll Do 

• Support the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations 
• Lead sections during service and step in wherever the heat is on 
• Keep food quality, portioning, and presentation sharp and consistent 
• Coach and guide Commis Chefs and Stewards through hands-on leadership 
• Execute dishes true to the concept and help roll out new menu items 
• Plan prep and mise-en-place to keep service smooth and stress-free 
• Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and treat ingredients with respect 
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully aligned with hygiene standards 

What You’ll Have 

• You bring 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie 
• You have a solid background in modern, seasonal cooking with fresh ingredients 
• You enjoy leading on shift and helping others level up 
• You understand prep, service flow, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen 
• You care about food waste, sustainability, and smart kitchen habits 
• You’re comfortable using digital tools for prep, stock, or planning 
• You speak English and Spanish, with extra languages as a bonus
