Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to support a leading institution in healthcare education. This position will support the review of regulated marketing, advertising, and communications materials across the institution's healthcare education programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review marketing, advertising, and communications materials for regulatory compliance and alignment with the institution's Claims Guidance.
- Compare proposed claims against approved claims libraries, established standards, and previously approved language.
- Identify and flag unsupported, inconsistent, novel, or potentially high-risk claims and compliance issues.
- Escalate novel or high-risk issues to the appropriate stakeholders for further review.
- Provide practical, clear, and business-oriented recommendations to help stakeholders develop compliant materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Creative, and other business stakeholders throughout the review process.
- Track recurring questions, issues, and review trends to improve consistency and support risk mitigation.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen review standards, guidance, and approval processes.
- Manage multiple reviews and priorities in a high-volume content review environment.
- Communicate review decisions, required changes, and compliance concerns clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience reviewing regulated marketing, advertising, promotional, or communications materials.
- Experience in marketing compliance, regulatory compliance, advertising review, claims review, or a related field.
- Regulatory knowledge and the ability to apply compliance standards to marketing and communications materials.
- Ability to compare proposed claims against approved claims libraries, internal guidance, and established standards.
- Experience supporting organizations in industries such as healthcare, healthcare education, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated sectors.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Comunications, Legal or Business Administration
2 to 4 years of experience of:
- Comparing marketing claims against approved claims libraries, internal standards, and regulatory guidance.
- Providing practical, business-oriented compliance recommendations to Marketing and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar workflow management platforms is preferred.
- Supporting career-focused or proprietary higher education institutions is a plus.
