Description
Position Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end monthly sales compensation processes, including payroll processing, journal entries, and compensation statement generation.
- Maintain employee and compensation data, support onboarding activities, and ensure data accuracy across reporting processes.
- Prepare compensation and financial reports to support business leaders in decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting solutions to support planning and analysis activities.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives, including the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business insights.
- Provide support for treasury-related reporting, entries, and analytical processes as transformation initiatives continue to evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, sales compensation, payroll support, or related finance functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation.
- Experience developing financial models and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, automation tools, or programming/coding concepts.
- Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives within finance functions.
- Exposure to treasury operations, sales compensation, or payroll-related processes.
