Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
1. Revenue and Settlement Management
Manage sales data and perform settlement-related activities.
- Issue tax invoices
- Enter and manage sales data
- Handle customer settlements and accounts receivable (AR) management
2. Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries and process customer requests.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email
- Receive customer requests and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage customer complaints and feedback
3. Order and Procurement Management
Manage sales orders and purchase orders for products and services.
- Prepare and maintain quotations and contracts
- Process and register purchase orders
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules
4. Operations Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to facilitate Operations activities.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes
- Enter and maintain data in the CRM system
- Manage customer equipment and asset information
5. Sales Documentation Management
Create, maintain, and organize sales-related documents.
- Prepare sales reports and performance data
- Manage proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
- Maintain document filing and sharing systems
Minimum Qualifications
• Preferred: Proficiency in reading and writing English (capable of business email communication)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a proactive attitude
