Starting date is as soon as possible.
YOUR CHALLENGE
• Provide administrative support to direct reports of the Group CFO, acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders at all levels and external counterparts, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, global travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports with precision
• Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, and transfers
• Prepare and process detailed expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining audit readiness
• Organize internal and external meetings and events, conferences, and team workshops, covering all logistical aspects
• Proactively support preparation for meetings, anticipating needs in advance with appropriate research
• Independently handle ad-hoc tasks, including small project coordination and HR-related administrative support
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, managing correspondence, calls, and requests with tact and diplomacy
• Opportunity to gain broader insights across the Finance unit by providing coordinated administrative support to direct reports of the Group CFO, ensuring efficiency
YOUR PROFILE
• Discreet and trustworthy individual with absolute dedication to confidentiality
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as EA/PA, ideally in finance or corporate environment
• Team-oriented and solution-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to operate reliably under pressure with minimal supervision, with strong attention to detail
• Proficient user in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
