Senior Project Superintendent
Location: Charleston, SC
Compensation: $80-120k base + bonus, truck allowance
Seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee large-scale commercial projects from the field. Responsible for managing daily operations, subcontractors, site safety, quality control, scheduling, inspections, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Experience leading ground-up projects valued at $50M+
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, construction sequencing, safety, and quality management
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)
