A growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Director to lead an integrated outpatient clinic serving adults with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) in the Westwood area. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in growing organizations and enjoys building programs, developing teams, and driving high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise therapists and associate clinicians
- Oversee admissions, intakes, and treatment planning
- Lead daily care coordination meetings and support clinical decision-making
- Coach and develop clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient engagement
- Partner closely with operations leadership to improve workflows and clinic performance

Qualifications
- Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health
- Experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness (SMI) preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Setting: Integrated Outpatient
