Main tasks:

Business process ownership and governance

• Own and maintain global process documentation and process flows, ensuring integration of Global Operating Procedures into system capabilities.
• Govern end-to-end SAP supply chain network processes, with a focus on inventory management, partner interfaces, third-party warehousing, external manufacturing, and subcontracting.
• Act as business authority and approver for readiness related to SC IT project implementations.
• Ensure high-quality system deployment by applying best practices in process design, validation, and software engineering governance.

Capability building

• Lead and support communities of practice and global training initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational training materials across systems such as Veeva, Bloom, and SC Academy.
• Drive change management activities across the Supply Chain organization and local organizations to maximize adoption of new ways of working and operating model changes.

Supply chain architecture and transformation

• Collect, align, and translate requirements from Supply Chain, Finance, and local organizations into actionable IT system requirements.
• Partner on system design to optimize supply chain business processes and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Contribute process expertise to the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for inventory management, warehouse management, partner interfaces, and subcontracting processes.
• Ensure robust documentation of process flows in SAP Signavio Process Manager.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain IT, with strong knowledge of end-to-end ERP processes and internal controls.
• Several years of experience leading process integration into an ERP system such as JDE and/or SAP, with focus on Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Subcontracting; pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience with EDI transactions in SAP environments, including mapping of purchase order and advanced shipment notification transaction sets.
• Proven experience in change management, including change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong accountability and planning skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to balance business objectives and stakeholder needs while proposing efficient, practical solutions.
• Strong leadership, networking, and influencing skills.
• Very good intercultural competence.
• Ability to simplify complex business process challenges and communicate clearly to different stakeholder groups.
