Job Description:
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.
We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.
Global Procurement manages platforms and technology solutions that enable efficient purchasing of goods and services. The Product Management team within Transformation and Remediation defines the technology vision and roadmap for source-to-pay solutions. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive procurement interoperability, external workforce governance and off-payroll compliance across procurement, human resources and risk platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for procurement interoperability, external workforce governance and IR35 implementation across sourcing, supplier onboarding, statement of work, buying, invoicing, contracts and risk controls.
- Translate regulatory, business and operational requirements into user stories, business cases and prioritized release plans, ensuring traceability from intake to determination, onboarding, payment and offboarding.
- Drive solution design across procurement, human resources and risk platforms by aligning data models, interfaces, approval flows, worker records and control points for contingent workforce processes.
- Lead workshops with business, compliance and technology teams to define target processes for worker classification, statement of work, supplier governance, onboarding, access management and audit readiness.
- Support implementation, testing, rollout and post-go-live stabilisation for platform changes, including external workforce tools; managing change requests and cross-team projects through business-as-usual support.
Skills
- Strong procurement domain expertise with 5+ years in the supply chain area across source to pay, supplier management, statement of work, contract controls, invoicing and third party risk, with an emphasis on SAP Ariba Products.
- Strong product management capability in procurement technology (such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa), with the ability to convert complex business and regulatory requirements into implementable solutions, prioritised backlogs and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with external workforce or contingent workforce platforms, ideally including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or Workday-related workforce components, with exposure to worker classification or off-payroll compliance processes.
- Solid interoperability knowledge across procurement, human resources, finance and risk systems, including application programming interfaces, data mapping, workflow orchestration, approvals and master-data alignment.
- Confident stakeholder and delivery management skills with strong English communication skills to represent Global Procurement interests, influence design decisions and advance solution proposals across business operations and engineering teams.
- You hold a Business Management/Finance Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent). Any certification in the S2P or Jira areas is a plus.
