As a Core Operations Reference Data Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data that supports our investment and operational processes. You'll manage critical reference data across domains such as securities, issuers, credit ratings, industry classifications and investment analytics data, solve complex data challenges, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.

  • You have strong knowledge and a minimum of 2 years' experience in securities, mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products.

  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Experience with Aladdin Security Master, Bloomberg, and/or other leading Enterprise Data Management platforms is preferred.

  • You can work effectively in ambiguous situations, create clarity, and drive towards effective outcomes.

  • You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.

  • You're effective at communicating with stakeholders and building strong working relationships across teams.

  • You thrive in team settings, ask thoughtful questions, share ideas and perspectives, and contribute positively to collective outcomes.

  • You're highly detail oriented with demonstrated accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

  • You're available and open to work overtime as needed.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
