Project Role : Data & Insights Interaction Designer
Project Role Description : Use a human-centered design approach to identify user, data, business, and contextual requirements; identify opportunities for UI/UX transformation; envision new data, analytics, and AI-powered VIS/BI interactions and experiences; rapidly design and create interactive, data-driven, industry-and function-centered low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

Summary:
Design human-centered experiences for enterprise AI and agentic systems. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy workflows that enable users to supervise, collaborate with, and confidently adopt AI agents.
Hands-on proficiency with Figma AI/Figma Make, v0, Lovable and Replit Agent to rapidly create functional human–AI interaction prototypes, while designing agent states, approval journeys, explainability, fallbacks and accessibility for production use
Must have shipped and improved enterprise-grade digital or AI products used by real users. Experience limited to concept design, innovation workshops, or prototype-only engagements is insufficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end human-agent journeys across enterprise processes.
- Define interaction patterns for agent delegation, approvals, escalation, explainability, and recover
- Partner with product, engineering, process, and AI teams to convert workflows into production experiences.
- Prototype and validate conversational, multimodal, and workflow-based AI interface
- Design for uncertainty, model limitations, user control, trust, and responsible AI.
- Use behavioral and product data to continuously improve adoption and task completion.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Production AI, conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent workflow product design.
- Human-AI interaction, service design, UX research, and interaction design.
- Agent states, confidence indicators, approval flows, exception handling, and fallback paths.
- Advanced prototyping and scalable design systems.
- Ability to work closely with engineers on API-, data-, and model-driven experience.
