This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about improving workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and optimizing HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiriesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesMaintain and update HRIS, personnel files, and benefit recordsAdminister employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and troubleshootingAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresPartner with department managers to support performance reviews, training, and developmentEnsure compliance with federal and Massachusetts employment lawsCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programsAssist with payroll processing, attendance management and timekeeping systems.Employee conflict resolution management.
