Ready to help NAM develop and implement solutions to improve Parts, Repairs and Services?

As Region Forecasting and Readiness- Productivity Leader - you will be responsible for implementing and driving strategic outage initiatives across all technologies. This leader will partner with Global Process Excellence, Engineering, Policy 6 and One Field Service to optimize the outage backlog. This leader will also be integral in NAM’s operational calendar, from executive level reviews of KPI performance to front line support for industrialization of a program.

As a Services Organization Leader, you will:

• Operationalize productivity programs. Measure productivity penetration. Responsible for 1-5 year cost out performance against target.  Responsible for existing program applications, such as Bearing Exchange Program.
• Conduit for Pivot2Value, Engineering, Value Stream, and Services & OFS Productivity teams for ROI, outage planning, execution and close out objectives.
• Assist One Field Services with Outage Planning rigor and promulgate outage Best Practices & Lessons Learned
• Analyze and recommend solutions for productivity and KPI management inclusive of Outage Cost, NCP Cost, Parts vs Repair Cost,  and their associated processes. 
• Own regional scoping and cost program & KPI.
• Support ISM/EV for quoting, scoping, scheduling and costing.
• Drive Operational Reviews with lean mindset.
• Support successful closure of outage escalation issues.
• Partner with Parts, Repairs and Services DMR owners for change management resulting from operationalization of productivity initiatives.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in power generation industry OR Associates degree with 2 years of experience in a power generation industry)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management
• Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,300.00 and $233,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
