Quaker Valley Foods, a leading refrigerated food distributor located in Northeast Philadelphia, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our diverse sales, purchasing, and customer service teams.
* Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer customer questions and assist with issue resolution.
- Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Credit Department with account setup, billing inquiries, returns, and collections issues.
- Coordinate with the Transportation Department regarding late orders and delivery concerns.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed.
- Maintain and update sales forms and related documentation.
