Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales & Delivery Manager to lead the complete customer lifecycle—from conducting impactful pre-sales demonstrations to overseeing successful project delivery and go-live. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on customer business processes and Odoo requirements.
- Utilize AI tools to create engaging, customized demonstrations and proposals.
- Support the sales team by showcasing the most suitable ERP solutions.
Project Delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Communicate project scope, timelines, and customer expectations to internal teams.
- Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Developers.
- Manage project escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
Client Success
- Build strong client relationships throughout the implementation journey.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee project handovers and implementation continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Odoo or an Odoo Partner
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo 19 Enterprise
- Odoo Functional Certification is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills (Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
- Proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and customer engagement
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory)
