What this job involves:

• To manage the Security Control Room and monitor the access control systems, CCTV systems and other security control systems;
• To manage the security postings, maintain order and perform duties as assigned;
• To provide traffic control
• To assist carpark vehicle in & our and other carpark management
• To assist visitor(s) to register relevant information at loading bay
• To assist in all other facility management activities in Cathay City like reporting irregularities in cleaning conditions, malfunctioned or destroyed facilities.
• To report any emergency situation and suspects to supervisor immediately
• To assist temperature check during the pandemic

Requirements:

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS training certificate
• Honest, Reliable, and Responsible
• Able to work independently
• Good customer service awareness
• Good Command of spoken and reading in Chinese (including Cantonese)
• Relevant working experience in security or property management field is an advantage
• More related experience may be considered as Senior facilities Assistant

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
