Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow and perform at their best? If so, we are seeking a Learning Partner to strategically, design, deliver, and improve learning solutions that build workforce capability, strengthen performance, and support organizational priorities.

What you will do:

  • Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and cross functional teams to understand needs through stakeholder consultation.
  • Use performance consulting to get to the root of performance issues and identify the right mix of solutions to build capability and help team members perform with confidence.
  • This role is accountable for learning experience design and execution across programs, delivery, performance support, and measurement.
  • The work includes enterprise learning programs, compliance learning, clinical quarterly learning bundles, the New Team Member Welcome program, facilitation, reporting, and evaluation.
  • The Learning Partner guides learning requests from intake through execution using shared practices for prioritization, design, delivery, handoff, and measurement. This helps ensure assigned learning solutions are useful, scalable, well executed, and connected to the work people need to do.

Essential Functions:

  • Partners closely with stakeholders to clarify business needs, assess performance gaps, identify root causes, and determine the right mix of solutions. Challenges assumptions when needed and aligns work to organizational priorities and team capacity.
  • Learning Strategy & Solution Design: leads design decisions for assigned learning solutions in alignment with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Defines outcomes, audiences, scope, and success measures to ensure solutions are practical, relevant, and connected to measurable behavior shifts. Supports enterprise change efforts by helping teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Assessments & Performance Support: identifies tools and resources that help team members build capability and apply skills on the job. Ensures these resources align to desired behavior shifts and stakeholder expectations.
  • Delivery & Facilitation: supports high-quality learning delivery through strong facilitation practices, facilitator readiness, delivery planning, and learner experience support. Contributes to priority enterprise learning experiences and supports delivery when learning is part of a broader change effort.
Evaluation & Insights: applies measurement practices that assess learner engagement, capability development, behavior change, adoption, compliance, and business or operational impact where appropriate. Uses data and insights to improve learning solutions, inform decisions, and communicate value to stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: applies shared practices for intake, prioritization, ADDIE-aligned workflows, measurement, documentation, and handoff to improve quality, speed, consistency, and accountability.

We're looking for someone who has:
