We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

 

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments.  This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, expand your professional network, and explore rewarding career paths with one of the region’s leading financial institutions.

 

DT Process Engineering & Automation- Assist with process improvement initiatives by partnering with project leads to identify efficiencies, assessing automation opportunities, and support business process discovery and research using Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze and interpret data using Excel and Power BI to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making. Participate in team and project meetings, provide status updates, and gain hands-on experience developing low-code applications and automation solutions with Microsoft technologies, including Power Automate, while building knowledge of banking operations and process improvement practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
