The VP of Sales will lead a growing team of sales executives and develop strategic relationships with leading consumer brands across apparel, CPG, cosmetics, supplements, and other high-growth markets. You will have the opportunity to influence sales strategy, strengthen the sales process, coach top talent, and close complex, high-value business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team
• Drive new business development and accelerate revenue growth
• Own the sales process from qualified opportunity through close
• Lead complex negotiations and customized customer programs
• Develop strong customer and supplier relationships
• Establish sales strategies, forecasts, goals, and performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally to identify new markets and growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven B2B sales leader who is strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated by growth.
• Experience building sales teams, selling complex physical products, packaging, or manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
