1. Choose Your Availability Schedule
You select one of four defined schedules. You are only required to be available during your assigned availability window.
2. A Weekly Pay Safety Net
We guarantee a minimum weekly payment equivalent to 20 hours at the applicable minimum wage, even when we don't assign you enough work.
You'll earn $16 per hour for hours actually worked. $7.25 if you don't work. This should never happen - There is always a site to train and learn.

| Flex 3 — Day Team | Wednesday, 12 PM–6 PM; Thursday–Saturday, 6 AM–6 PM |
| Flex 4 — Overnight / Weekend Team | Wednesday, 6 PM–6 AM; Thursday–Saturday, 6 AM–6 PM |
