We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google. This role offers significant ownership of campaign budgets, performance targets, and business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, optimizing return on advertising spend, and implementing data-driven growth strategies.
