About ITP Live
ITP Live is the influencer and performance marketing division of ITP Media Group, home to titles such as Cosmopolitan Middle East and Top Gear Middle East. Our Beirut performance team plans, runs and reports paid social and app-growth campaigns for global and regional brands across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC. We also turn creator content into paid media that performs.
The role
You run 3 to 5 client accounts day to day, from build to final report. The Manager sets the strategy; you make it perform, catch problems before the client does, and review the Junior Executives' work.
What you'll do
Set up, launch, optimise and pace campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat for your accounts.
Optimise daily: budgets, bids, audiences, placements and creative rotation, staying out of the way of learning phases.
Plan and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and formats, and document what you learn.
Turn influencer posts into TikTok Spark Ads and Meta Partnership Ads: collect ad codes, track usage windows, launch on time.
Send weekly performance updates and draft monthly and end-of-campaign reports; present them with the Manager.
Brief the creative team on what is working: hooks, formats, sizes, and Arabic and English versions.
Review the Junior Executives' campaign builds before they go live.
Work with client developers to set up and test pixels, events and MMP tracking.
What you'll bring
2+ years hands-on in paid social, running live campaigns yourself.
Personally managed USD 10K+ per month in spend.
Strong in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager; Snapchat Ads is a plus.
Campaign experience in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or the wider GCC.
App-install or lead-generation campaign experience.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, XLOOKUP, clean reporting.
Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
Google Ads or YouTube campaign experience.
Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy certifications.
First 90 days
Own 3 accounts day to day with no launch errors.
Run one structured test and share its learnings with the team.
Deliver at least one end-of-campaign report the client signs off without rework.
