Job Description

As a Senior Performance Executive, you will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital performance campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are launched effectively and continuously optimized to meet business objectives.

 

This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on with platforms, loves digging into data, and is passionate about delivering results through paid media.

Campaign Execution

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and key performance indicators
• Guarantee accurate setup, timely execution, and budget compliance for all campaigns
• Actively manage bids, budgets, and targeting to drive optimal results and efficiency

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis to uncover insights and guide optimization efforts
• Contribute to the development of performance dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose actionable enhancements to campaign strategy

Others

• Support client communications by addressing requests, providing updates, and sharing performance insights
• Assist in the preparation of review decks and strategic presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign direction aligns with broader business and marketing objectives

Qualifications

 

Experience Requirements

• Qualifications

  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads; TikTok Ads, is a plus
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform campaign execution
  • Detail-oriented, data-savvy, and proactive
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; good English communication is a plus
