Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead residential HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work directly with homeowners, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a mentor to installation team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Lead installation projects and coordinate work with team members.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation timelines, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and inventory records.
• Promote a positive customer experience through professionalism and quality workmanship.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HVAC Installation Technician, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality work.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical job duties as required.
