Deputy Manager Finance

Overview

Data management and System Admin to support compensation and benefits planning for Corporate functions including Employee Central Data flow to Mosaic cube, Master data mapping & updates, managing Alteryx Data flows, Opex cube updates, Cockpit data management and Data quality. As part of the Global Mosaic planning initiative, we have developed a compensation and benefits planning tool that will enable centralization of all headcount and compensation planning and forecasting (as opposed to a highly decentralized approach where each team handles separately today). This role will handle Central Data and System support for C&B COE team.

 

 

Responsibilities

Data Management:

• Manage multiple C&B cubes (CGF, R&D, Digital) currently used by C&B COE team
• Manage Employee Central Database Flow into Mosaic Cube on a periodic basis
• Run exception reports for EC monthly injection
• Update Cost center & Account master data and hierarchies accordingly (C&B Cube)
• Running Mosaic calculations - Data, Master data, SPOT export
• Manage master data models (i.e. Forecast and Period Close Data for review files)
• Conduct data quality checks - Investigate kickouts / issues
• Review consolidated reporting in Cockpit (investigate any differences)
• Central Point of contact for any system related issues
• Any EC related changes/updates/follow ups will be centrally managed

  System Admin:

  • Update last actuals month in C&B Cube from Opex Cube
  • Update Opex Cube with C&B Cube Forecast financials
  • Check missing CC/GL mapping & making updates
  • Run Alteryx workflows accordingly
  • Check Country assumptions drivers & set up –(Mostly thrice during year AOP Ph1, AOP Ph2, Jan/Feb)
  Conduct C&B Cube Mosaic vs Opex Cube Reconciliation (inc Investigate reconciling items at Cost center level)

 

 

Qualifications

• Ideally 3-5 years of professional work experience within budget management.
• Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point
• Language: English fluent
• Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
• Blend of control and planning finance
• Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
• Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
