Nelson Mullins is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its Boston office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of real estate matters for a variety of clients.

A Day in the Life

Our Boston office is located at One Financial Center in the city’s Leather District. The location offers access to major commuter transportation as well as green spaces, including the nearby Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harbor.

 

With an office in one of the world’s centers for business and commerce, Nelson Mullins can offer services for New England, the Northeast, and beyond.

 

All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. 

We Know You

You have three to five years of meaningful general corporate and commercial real estate transactional experience. You are skilled in drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and general corporate documents such as, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, operating agreements, organizational documents, real estate leases and commercial services contracts.  Such candidate must also be familiar with handling various diligence review related to real estate projects, including , title and survey matters.  and will also be responsible for running real estate closings. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and are admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
