About the role

Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our flagship commercial ordering platform in international perimeter . The ideal candidate will drive product vision, prioritize features,perform requirement analysis  and ensure seamless delivery to meet business needs and improve user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog aligning with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, sales, and technical teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including feature development, releases, and updates.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and ensure quality delivery.
• Team player
• Support compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and issue resolution to ensure continuous service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management or ownership, preferably in commercial or ordering platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements , propose quick win solution and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience with backlog management, release planning, and cross-team collaboration.

The candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities to ensure the continuous enhancement and success of the platform.
