JB109 - Newborn Care Specialist/Nanny - Miami, FL

Overview

A lovely family in Miami is seeking a dedicated daytime newborn nanny or newborn care specialist to support their growing family now that their new baby has arrived. The family is in the process of relocating to a new home and welcomes a candidate who can start as soon as possible and help them settle in. The schedule is approximately 35 to 40 hours per week. As the baby grows, the family would like this candidate to be available to cover a few evenings per week for dinners, though this is not needed in the newborn stage. Flexibility to travel and a valid passport are required.

 

The ideal candidate will bring warmth, guidance to a first-time mom, and discretion to this role, along with a strong sense of trust and professionalism during an important and busy time for the family.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime care and support for a newborn
• Provide guidance to a new mother
• Maintain organization over all newborn care inventory and items
• Clean and sanitize bottles
• Handle all newborn related household tasks
• Cover occasional evenings as the role evolves

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certified
• A strong sense of trust, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong verifiable newborn care references

Requirements

• Experience as a newborn nanny or newborn care specialist
• Must be local to the Miami area
• Comfortable with a salary structure rather than hourly pay
• Valid US work authorization
• Valid passport
