Position Summary 

Provides a positive and professional customer service experience while supporting daily banking operations across multiple branch locations. Performs a variety of customer transactions and account servicing functions, while ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in accordance with banking policies and procedures 
• Provide customer service support related to deposit accounts, account maintenance, and general banking inquiries 
• Assist customers with account opening, product education, and basic financial services needs 
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing within established guidelines 
• Support daily branch operations including teller line coverage and platform assistance as needed 
• Travel between assigned branch locations to provide staffing support based on operational needs 
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including customer identification procedures, privacy, and data security requirements 
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products and services that align with customer needs 
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions 
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Prior customer service or cash handling experience 
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment while managing multiple priorities 
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing 
• Ability to adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail banking environment 
• Knowledge of deposit accounts, teller operations, or basic banking products 
• Previous experience handling customer transactions in a regulated environment
