Already commissioning BMS projects around Manchester, Liverpool or the wider North West?
This opportunity gives you involvement beyond point-to-point commissioning, covering software and graphics modifications, BACnet, Modbus and M-Bus integrations, technical documentation, witnessing and customer handover.
You’ll need BMS commissioning experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider or ALC, alongside Niagara knowledge, HVAC understanding and the ability to interpret and modify existing BMS control strategies.
The package includes up to £58,000, company car or £6,825 car allowance, performance-related bonus, 7.5% pension, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.
