We are looking for a working student that would support several intercompany transactions and processes. 

Are you currently studying finance or business administration with a strong passion for accounting? Join our finance team as a working student and gain hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, with a specific focus on our global intercompany operations.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Support Month-End Closing: Take an active role in the month-end closing process, specifically handling intercompany billing and reconciliation.
• Master Data Management: Assist in creating and maintaining IC master data to ensure seamless processes across entities.
• ERP & Systems Experience: Gain valuable, practical experience working directly in SAP S/4HANA, our central financial ERP system.
• Join Initial Projects: Get involved in exciting first project tasks. Analyse and understand our group-wide IC constellations and workflows.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Ledger team on day-to-day accounting activities.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a clear focus on Accounting/Finance.
• Mindset: An open, curious, and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in corporate accounting and financial systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and good basic knowledge of financial accounting principles (prior exposure or interest in SAP S/4HANA is a plus!).
• Languages: Working proficiency in English (German is a plus)
