Leads end-to-end global supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives through rigorous scope definition, planning, and risk management. Drives stakeholder engagement, monitors project performance, reports progress to senior leadership, and proactively addresses risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Champions continuous improvement by optimizing processes and costs, implementing best practices, and mentoring team members to strengthen project management capabilities.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, with a strong focus on global supply chain operations and alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance against defined milestones, provide regular status reports to senior leadership, proactively identify risks, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization by implementing best practices and standardized methodologies.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout all phases of project execution.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering capability development, strengthening project management competencies, and supporting professional growth.
