Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:​ Support the end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out projects, from early works through to final handover.

• Design Implementation:​ Review and interpret architectural, MEP, and data hall layout drawings to ensure accurate on-site implementation.

• Site Management:​ Supervise and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and trades (civil, architectural, MEP) to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Quality Assurance:​ Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and manage punch lists to ensure all work meets design intent and quality standards.

• Documentation:​ Review and manage construction documentation, including method statements, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.

• Design Liaison:​ Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams (MEP, IT, commissioning) to resolve technical issues and optimize space, rack layout, and cable routing.

• Safety & Compliance:​ Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

• Reporting:​ Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and records for internal and client reporting.

• Commissioning Support:​ Assist with system commissioning and final handover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:​ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience:​ Minimum 3–5 years​ of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects, preferably in data centers, telecom rooms, or mission-critical facilities.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data center white space design, rack layout, cable trays, and containment systems.

  • Familiarity with MEP systems integration in data halls (power, cooling, fire protection, etc.).

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).

  • Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) is required. BIM/CAD experience is a plus.
