Accounting Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Staff to manage and maintain accurate financial records, support reporting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves handling accounts receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to learn various aspects of the business, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance. This position requires flexibility to work on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and updating accounting records as needed (digital and physical)
• Preparing and analyzing reports on transactions. Performing regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• The Certified Public Accountant is expected to provide a comprehensive assessment and management of the company's accounts.
• Willing to learn different aspects of the business and be able to work with the delivery team to help improve results

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Work-schedule will be on Shifting, including the graveyard shift,
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends
