The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Analyse financial data to provide strategic recommendations to management.Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against targets.Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.RequirementsProfessional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Nice to haveExperience in consultancy or professional services industry.Knowledge of financial modelling and analysis techniques.Understanding of international financial regulations.
