Through our "Style with Heart" ethos and the Heart of cabi Foundation, we use fashion as a force for good. The RoleThe Supply Chain Manager at cabi is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our garments—from raw material sourcing to final delivery. You will manage the delicate balance of lead times, cost, and quality, ensuring that our Stylists always have the inventory they need to create "The cabi Experience" for their clients. Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Factory Management: Act as the primary point of contact for global manufacturing partners.You’ll vet new factories for ethical compliance (crucial for our "Doing Well to Do Good" mission) and negotiate production costs.Production Planning: Own the seasonal production calendar. You ensure that "The Scoop" (our seasonal launch) is supported by on-time arrivals of all new styles.Logistics Oversight: Partner with the Carson warehouse team to coordinate inbound shipments (ocean and air freight), managing customs documentation and duty classifications.Inventory Optimization: Work closely with the Finance and Merchandising teams to monitor "sell-through" rates and manage replenishment orders or "safety stock" levels.Sustainability Initiatives: Lead the charge in sourcing sustainable fabrics and reducing the carbon footprint of our shipping routes. Who You AreA Master Negotiator: You can navigate complex vendor contracts while maintaining strong, respectful relationships.Data-Driven: You live in spreadsheets and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, using data to predict bottlenecks before they happen.Hyper-Organized: You can track 100+ SKUs across multiple international time zones without missing a beat. Requirements5+ years of experience in supply chain or production (Apparel/Retail background is highly preferred).Deep understanding of global trade, shipping logistics, and garment construction.Proficiency in ERP and PLM software (e.g., BlueCherry, Centric, or NetSuite).Ability to work on-site at our Carson, CA headquarters to stay close to the physical inventory and warehouse operations.
