The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and experience in leveraging digital tools for lead generation and customer outreach.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, CRM platforms, etc.).Schedule and coordinate appointments for Sales Team, ensuring meetings with key decision-makers to discuss solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target profile.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.Manage the sales pipeline and track appointments, leads, and sales conversions in CRM tools.Provide feedback and insights to improve customer engagement strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.Strong understanding of productivity solutions, cost reduction, and operational efficiency concepts.Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business results.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.fresher to 2 years of experience in a digital sales or business development role.
