We're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to lead the successful delivery of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and Asset Relocation & Commercial Works (ARCW) projects. About the Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring site readiness, and driving project outcomes across a portfolio of telecommunications projects. You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and profitable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the delivery of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW projects
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field teams
- Ensure sites are ready for delivery, including permits, safety requirements, materials, and resource planning
- Monitor project schedules, forecasts, KPIs, and project performance
- Support quote preparation and project tendering activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel
- Manage customer and stakeholder communications
- Conduct quality and compliance audits across projects
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with company and client standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW environments
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Site assessment and project planning experience
- Proven ability to manage operational performance and project budgets
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- High-level communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence
