About You
You’re a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You contribute to the effective and consistent delivery of maintenance services and operational excellence that support the company's mission, purpose, and core values. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-focused approach to your work, whether responding to emergency requests, completing light construction projects, or conducting regular inspections.
In This Role, You Will
Coordinate and complete system and building repairs, as well as preventive maintenance requirements, in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to and completing work orders and projects.
Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer in all aspects of site operations and maintenance.
This position is represented by BOMA/IUOE Local 39.
What You Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building/property maintenance.
Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and light carpentry/construction projects.
Working knowledge of work order and preventive maintenance software systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
CFC Certification in the High-Pressure Discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Valid driver's license.

Approximate Compensation for this Role: $71.47
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
