What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Demand Manager to support demand intake, coordination, and planning activities across the organization. This role acts as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership, ensuring that requests are captured, tracked, and communicated effectively.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities across multiple teams, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders. Experience in customer-facing roles, service coordination, project support, PMO support, or Service Desk environments is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the intake and tracking of business requests and demand across teams.
Engage with stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure requests are properly documented.
Support prioritization and planning discussions by maintaining accurate demand records and providing relevant information.
Maintain visibility of the demand pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Schedule and support governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder review sessions.
Collaborate with business, delivery, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Help identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements associated with incoming demand.
Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
Maintain demand management documentation, processes, and records.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-4 years of experience in a coordination, project support, PMO support, customer service, Service Desk, operations, or similar role.
Experience working with business stakeholders, customers, or senior management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and building positive stakeholder relationships.
Nice to Have
Experience in a Service Desk, IT support, PMO, project coordination, or operational support environment.
Exposure to demand management, project management, or portfolio management processes.
Experience preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting governance activities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
