As an Account Director at dentsu Creative, you’ll be at the intersection of clients, ideas, and the teams that bring them to life. You’ll understand what the business needs, challenge the brief when there’s a better opportunity, and bring the right people together to turn that thinking into work that matters.

You’ll lead established client relationships, shape the conversations that happen around the work, and give Creative and Strategy teams the clarity and confidence to push further. At the same time, you’ll help the people around you grow and create new opportunities for the relationship.

More than managing the account, you’ll have a real say in where it goes.

What You'll Do

• Lead key client relationships, building the trust to influence conversations, challenge thinking, and shape the work.
• Turn business challenges into clear briefs and stronger opportunities, helping clients get to what really needs solving.
• Bring Creative, Strategy, Media, CXM, and other specialists together to create integrated work with a clear purpose.
• Lead and develop the account team, setting direction, raising the quality of thinking, and helping people grow.
• Keep the business healthy across scope, budgets, timelines, and priorities, without losing sight of the work.
• Grow the relationship beyond the current brief, bringing proactive ideas and identifying opportunities to create more value for clients.
  

A Bit About You

• At least 10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role within a creative, advertising, or integrated agency.
• You know how to move between business conversations with senior clients and creative conversations with the team.
• Strong at finding the opportunity behind a brief and turning ambiguity into a clear direction people can act on.
• You’ve led teams and know how to bring out the best in different people, disciplines, and perspectives.
• Commercially sharp, with experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and the health of client relationships.
• Curious, confident, and willing to bring your own point of view. You don’t just wait for the brief to tell you what to do.
