Senior Marketing Manager, IUTA Distribution

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager, IUTA Distribution to join RHB Asset Management . In this role, you will be responsible for driving Unit Trust sales growth through Independent Unit Trust Advisers (IUTAs), developing effective marketing strategies, and strengthening distribution partnerships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and IUTA partners to execute sales initiatives, enhance product awareness, and achieve business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Plan and develop effective marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve IUTA Unit Trust business KPIs
• Manage and strengthen ongoing relationships with IUTA partners to drive Unit Trust sales growth
• Conduct and participate in product training sessions, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats, and tea talks to enhance engagement and business relationships
• Plan and conduct regular visitations to IUTA branches to provide product updates, support sales efforts, and identify business opportunities
• Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, products, and other relevant market developments
• Foster strong partnerships and maintain excellent rapport with IUTA partners to ensure continuous business support and collaboration
• Monitor, communicate, and report sales performance and business progress to management
• Motivate and collaborate closely with team members to achieve business targets and desired outcomes
• Provide professional guidance, coaching, and support to junior managers to enhance performance and drive results

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Unit Trust, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Products, or Financial Services distribution
• Strong understanding of Unit Trust products, investment markets, and distribution channels
• Proven experience in managing external distribution partners and driving sales performance
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about business development
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience conducting training sessions and client engagement activities
