Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales.

Overview
Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.

• CRM Management 

• Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation 

• Sales Pipeline Management 

• Negotiation and closing 

• Follow up and account management 

• Reporting and forecasting 

• Market and product knowledge 

• Referral volume management 

• Collaboration with internal teams 

Unit Overview: We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.

Anticipated Status/Shift:

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Position Requirements:

Experience

• 2 years relevant experience (Required)
• Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred)
• Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred)
• Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $77,854.40 - $121,992.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
