Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand and best address questions that can be informed by analyses of our people data.
- Pull relevant data from our systems or other sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Formulate and run appropriate analyses to answer stakeholders’ key questions.
- Draw accurate conclusions from analyses, distill insights into deliverables, and communicate your findings to stakeholders.
- Design and administer surveys, consulting on the measurement of employee experiences and sentiments, and advising partners on the use of HR data.
- Wrangle new data sources into our database and work with the technical team to create insightful new dashboards.
- The proportion of the role focused on analyses or presenting will vary depending on the interests and skills of the candidate.
Education and Experience:
Experience with Excel, R/Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau is desired.
BA/BS Degree w or BS degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in this space.
2+ years People Analytics experience is preferred.
