Parker & Sons is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Administrative Coordinators are responsible for internal and external email management, customer communication, department coordination, scheduling, and front desk reception duties. Responsibilities
- Internal and External Email Management
- Sales Documentation Audits
- Customer Communication
- Install Coordination and Vendor Relations
- Service Scheduling and Follow Ups
- Sales Lead Tracking and Dispositioning
- Finance Processing and Documentation Audits
- Support Dept Supervisors and Technicians with Administrative Taks
- Administrative Tasks
- Front Desk Reception Duties
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn our Service Titan software (Window based)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Have attention to detail and ensure accuracy with all tasks and reporting
- Ability to ‘think on your feet’- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Remain seated for long periods of time in an office setting.
- Ability to transition between different workspaces
