JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or above, preferably in logistics, engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or safety management; fleet and driver management experience is preferred.
- 5–7年物流、配送或安全管理相关工作经验,有车队及司机管理经验者优先。
- Familiarity with national transportation rules for dangerous goods and local transportation routes.
- Strong teamwork spirit, communication, and coordination skills; good customer service awareness.
- Ability to manage operational costs and motivate subordinates to achieve team goals.
- Proficiency in office software; good English listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Take full responsibility for daily business operations and safety management of the department, develop and implement departmental work plans, ensure achievement of KPIs, and guarantee transportation safety and compliance.
- KPI达成,保障运输安全和合规。
- Manage and guide the distribution team, including drivers, escorts, coordinators, etc.; organize safety activities and regular safety meetings to enhance team safety awareness and skills.
- Work with CS&L team to optimize distribution plans and service processes, improve delivery efficiency, strictly control operational costs (such as fuel, tolls, filling loss), and continuously enhance transportation service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor departmental operational data, handle customer complaints and incidents promptly, drive continuous improvement of business processes, and ensure departmental management complies with company safety standards and national transportation regulations, especially for dangerous goods transportation.
- Organize team training and performance evaluation, enhance team cohesion and communication skills, and promote employee development.
- Actively cooperate with government inspections, ensure departmental operations are compliant, participate in relevant government meetings, and respond promptly to regulatory requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by senior management as needed.
