Requirements:
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification (BCom, BTech, or equivalent IT degree).
- Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience within the Financial Services sector.
- Technical & SDLC Focus: Demonstrated experience delivering software development projects and a strong foundational understanding of IT software products, testing, and QA environments.
- Methodology: Proven, practical experience facilitating projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-divisional projects, complex business relationships, and senior stakeholders.
