Inbound Appointment Setter

About the Role

Our client is looking for an Inbound Appointment Setter to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners who reach out with an interest in their services.

This is a remote, customer-facing role focused on responding to inbound leads, understanding their needs, answering initial questions, and scheduling qualified prospects for an onsite appointment with the client's sales team.

This is not a cold calling or outbound prospecting role. Most interactions will take place via text through the company's CRM, with occasional phone calls when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new inbound inquiries.
• Communicate with homeowners primarily through text and occasional phone calls.
• Ask relevant questions to understand each prospect's needs and determine whether they are a good fit.
• Provide basic information about the company's services and process.
• Schedule qualified prospects for onsite appointments with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and help confirm scheduled appointments.
• Keep lead information and conversation details accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts and qualification processes while keeping conversations natural and customer-friendly.
• Route additional questions to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Occasionally assist in closing straightforward opportunities through messaging or phone calls.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate naturally with customers.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, lead qualification, inside sales, SDR, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong responsiveness and ability to manage incoming inquiries efficiently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using or learning CRM platforms.
• Ability to follow scripts and established processes.
• Customer-oriented and professional communication style.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Availability during the required core working hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with US-based customers.
• Previous experience managing inbound leads or scheduling appointments.
• Experience in home services, construction, real estate, or similar industries.
• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

About the Opportunity

The selected professional will receive training on the client's qualification process, scripts, and services. Previous experience in the pool or construction industry is not required.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates confidently, responds quickly, learns new processes easily, and can provide a great first experience for potential customers.
