Group Head of Enterprise Systems

The Group Head of Enterprise Systems is a newly designed senior leadership role responsible for the platforms that underpin our corporate and shared service functions. This role has been created to provide dedicated leadership and investment focus for enterprise systems that support Finance, People & Culture, Risk, Legal and other critical business functions, enabling greater transformation, simplification and operational excellence across the Group.

Reporting to the Group Technology & Transformation Officer, you'll lead the strategy, performance, delivery and ongoing evolution of nib's enterprise systems landscape, ensuring our platforms are modern, reliable, secure and aligned with business priorities.

You'll lead a portfolio of enterprise applications and services that are critical to how our people work, how decisions are made and how we scale effectively as an organisation. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you'll play a key role in modernising platforms, streamlining processes and improving experiences for employees and stakeholders.

As a member of the Technology & Transformation leadership team, you'll influence strategic technology decisions while driving meaningful outcomes across the enterprise.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of nib's enterprise systems portfolio
• Developing and executing technology roadmaps that support AI, transformation, simplification and operational excellence across shared services functions
• Driving reliable, secure and scalable technology services that improve employee experience and business effectiveness
• Building and leading high-performing teams focused on delivery, service excellence and customer outcomes
• Partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and digital transformation
• Managing strategic vendors, commercial relationships, technology investments and budgets
• Ensuring strong governance, operational resilience and effective management of technology risk across the enterprise systems portfolio
• Delivering technology solutions that help the organisation operate more efficiently and effectively

About you

You're a strategic technology leader who combines strong operational capability with a passion for transformation and business partnership.

You'll bring:

• Extensive leadership experience across enterprise applications, corporate systems, ERP, HRIS, finance platforms or shared services technology environments
• A proven track record leading technology transformation, platform modernisation and service improvement initiatives
• Strong commercial and vendor management capability, including ownership of significant technology budgets and supplier relationships
• Experience balancing competing priorities and translating business needs into practical technology outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Experience within complex, regulated or customer-focused environments will be highly regarded
