About the Role

Reporting to Associate Director, Brand Marketing and Strategic Alliances, the incumbent is responsible to lead and deliver strategic alliances initiatives to support business priorities.

The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when required.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic alliance and sponsorship roadmaps to support AIA Hong Kong and Macau's brand, distribution and business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new partnership, sponsorship and business development opportunities, supported by commercial assessment, market insights and business case analysis.
• Lead contract negotiation, rights management and partnership governance, ensuring optimal value delivery, compliance and risk management throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Establish measurement frameworks and performance KPIs to evaluate sponsorship and partnership effectiveness, delivering post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Manage sponsorship and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivery against agreed objectives and financial targets.
• Drive integrated activation planning across brand, marketing, digital, customer, agency and partnership channels to maximise engagement and business impact.
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to senior management on sponsorship, partnership and alliance opportunities, market trends and competitive developments.
• Represent AIA in high-level engagements with key partners, rights holders, industry stakeholders and event organisers to strengthen relationships and identify future collaboration opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution, strong governance and delivery of agreed outcomes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/ liaison experience
• Existing network of alliances contacts
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Digital/social media savvy
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
